Storage and logistics
Storage you can plan, easy to reorder
One bottle, no separate activator, a shelf life of two years. This simplifies stock-keeping and purchasing.
Storage you can plan.
No separate activator that has to be ordered and stored as well.
Class 8, in limited quantities up to 1 litre per inner packaging.
How do I store EXAGEN correctly?
Cool, dry and upright, in the tightly closed original container. Protect from high temperatures and direct sunlight.
EXAGEN has a shelf life of two years from the date of purchase. Enter the purchase date in the field on the label, and you can see at any time by when the bottle should be used.
Store the concentrate separately from acids: on contact with acid, toxic gases are formed.
What does EXAGEN simplify in purchasing?
EXAGEN needs no separate activator. You order and store a single product, and there is no preparation time before use.
The long shelf life allows larger stock orders, for example for ships, remote sites or rarely used systems.
How is EXAGEN shipped?
EXAGEN is dangerous goods: UN 3266, corrosive liquid, basic, inorganic, n.o.s., Class 8, packing group II. Shipping follows the dangerous goods regulations (ADR) for limited quantities (LQ): a maximum of 1 litre per inner packaging, package with LQ marking.
For deliveries abroad, we agree the shipping route and destination country with you in advance.
How do I dispose of residues and empty bottles?
Dispose of residues and packaging in accordance with official regulations, as described in the safety data sheet (section 13). The concentrate must not enter drains or bodies of water. If you have questions about larger residual quantities, we will advise you.
